Our Role as a Platform
Please note: We are an online booking platform. We do not own or operate the auto-rickshaws. We connect passengers with independent, verified third-party drivers.
1. Booking Service
Our service allows you to request transportation from independent drivers. A booking is considered successful only when a driver accepts your request and we send you a confirmation.
2. Vehicle Standards
While we do not own the vehicles, we partner only with drivers who maintainwell-conditioned, clean, and safe auto-rickshaws. If a vehicle does not meet these standards, please report it to us immediately.
3. Limitation of Liability
As a platform provider, we are not responsible for:
- Any delays caused by traffic, weather, or mechanical issues of the vehicle.
- Loss of personal items left in the vehicle (though we will help you contact the driver).
- The personal conduct or behavior of the independent drivers.
4. Pricing & Commission
The fare displayed on the platform is an estimate. The final fare is agreed upon based on the selected package (Sightseeing or Point-to-Point). Any extra stops or waiting time may incur additional charges payable directly to the driver.
Liability Disclaimer
As an online intermediary, [dwarkaauto.in] is not responsible or liable for the physical condition of the auto-rickshaw, the driving behavior, or any disputes, losses, or accidents that occur during the trip.
While we facilitate the booking, the contract for transportation is strictly between the passenger and the independent driver.
Note: If you encounter an issue, please report it via theCall Us. We may use this information to review the driver's access to our platform, but we do not accept legal responsibility for the driver's actions.
