We are a listing and booking service that connects passengers with independent, third-party auto rickshaw drivers. The drivers are independent contractors, not our employees or agents.

1. Booking Service (Platform Only)

dwarkaauto.in is a booking platform that lists independent auto rickshaw drivers serving Dwarka sightseeing routes. We do not own any vehicles. When you book through us, you are entering into a service agreement directly with the independent driver. We merely facilitate the connection.

2. Vehicle Standards

As a platform, we list drivers who represent that they maintainwell-conditioned, clean, and safe auto-rickshaws. We do not inspect or guarantee vehicle condition. If a vehicle does not meet your expectations, please report it to us so we can review the driver's listing.

3. Limitation of Liability

As a platform provider, we are not responsible for:

Any delays caused by traffic, weather, or mechanical issues of the vehicle.
Loss of personal items left in the vehicle (though we will help you contact the driver).
The personal conduct or behavior of the independent drivers.
Any accidents, injuries, or damages that occur during the trip.
The vehicle's condition, maintenance, or roadworthiness.

4. Pricing & Commission

The package fare is agreed upon at the time of booking based on the selected tour package. Any extra stops, additional attractions, or waiting time may incur additional charges payable directly to the driver.

The contract for transportation is strictly between the passenger and the independent driver. We only facilitate the booking connection.
